Poised for growth in major metropolitan areas, Fresh City, a 2002 Nation’s Restaurant News “Hot Concept” award winner, is actively seeking qualified, multi-unit franchisees in select markets. Fresh City’s comfortable “Fresh Casual” approach and popular “Fresh Fusion” cuisine, along with the rapid success of five company-owned units in the Northeast, has attracted a wave of industry attention.

Each Fresh City restaurant is comprised of a number of cooking, baking, and/or preparation stations—the mix varies depending on space and the dynamics of the local market. Ten different types of station are currently available. Because freshness is the top priority, menus may also vary according to season and specific location. Selections include a variety of Cookin’ Wraps (generous burritos filled with eclectic recipes influenced by the Reinstein brothers’ extensive travels), Salad Wraps and Bowls, Asian Noodles, Stir Fries, Fresh Fruit Smoothies, and Fresh-Baked Goods, as well as Espresso Drinks, Café Chillers, and Fresh Juices.

With an abundance of the fresh fruits and vegetables on display that are actually used to prepare meals, Fresh City restaurants are designed to convey the festive nature of an outdoor market. Fresh City guests enjoy watching their meals made fresh to order, within minutes. Guests can then choose to dine in the comfortable environment or take their meals away. Off-site and corporate catering comprises a unique component of Fresh City, developed for at home or office dining.
