Do I Qualify?
Fresh City is franchising in select markets pursuant to development
agreements, with individuals or partnerships who meet the
following minimum characteristics:

Multi-unit restaurant owner/operator for
a minimum of 5 years.

|
Resources and ability to commit to a development
agreement with a minimum of 5 restaurants.
|
|
•
|
Minimum of $2.5 million of non-borrowed
cash resources.
|

•
|
Motivated, passionate restaurateur able
to meet the demands of multi-unit development and operations.
|
|
•
|
Knowledge of real estate and market conditions.
|
|
•
|
Operating partner who will live in the
development territory.
|
|
•
|
Experience and desire to give back to
the community in which the restaurant resides.
